Shawn is a senior executive who has led technology and process transformation for global companies across industries. He guides FCM clients through major technical initiatives and productivity programs to achieve industry-leading performance. Before joining FCM, Shawn was Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Information Services at Arthrex, a medical device manufacturer. He revamped the company’s IT function, retiring infrastructure and application technology debt, introducing workflow-driven productivity and fostering innovation to enable seven years of double-digit growth. Earlier, as an SVP at Nielsen, he led development of a product that delivered market insights for customers like Colgate, PepsiCo and P&G. Shawn previously served as General Manager and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Microsoft’s Entertainment and Devices division, where he improved supply chain operations and financial management during the explosive growth of the Xbox franchise. Earlier, he delivered acquisition integrations and transformations as a CIO at GE.
