Tom O’Hair

Tom is a seasoned program manager with deep experience in operations and organizational strategy. His track record of leading successful productivity initiatives includes driving the delivery of more than $200M in savings for FCM clients. He specializes in helping business leaders design optimal organization structures, uncover productivity opportunities and execute transformative plans to sustainably improve performance. Tom previously worked at Epic Systems, where he supported teams of information technology (IT) analysts at large U.S. healthcare organizations. He implemented billing applications for hospitals, coordinating with operations and IT development teams to optimize each system for organization-specific requirements. Tom also worked for the equity research division of Stifel Investment Corporation. There, he provided analysis of the applied technology sector by building financial models and analyzing market surveys to determine the valuation of companies.
