Tom is a well-versed program manager who drives finance and technology initiatives that unleash business growth. At FCM, he aligns private equity portfolio companies with the platforms, applications and data they need to make better-informed decisions. Tom previously worked at Epic Systems, where he supported teams of information technology (IT) analysts at large U.S. healthcare organizations. He implemented billing applications for hospitals, coordinating with operations and IT development teams to customize and optimize each system for organization-specific requirements. Tom also worked for the equity research division of financial investment research company Stifel Investment Corporation. There, he provided analysis of the applied technology sector by building financial models and analyzing market surveys to determine the valuation of companies.
