Tracy is a transformational human resources (HR) leader and trusted business advisor with 30+ years of experience spanning the full scope of HR services. Prior to joining FCM, she spent two decades based in Asia and the U.S. with Nielsen. There, she fostered a people-centric culture while driving operational initiatives that produced multimillion-dollar results. As SVP People Experience for the Americas, Tracy was instrumental in the company’s COVID-19 response and achieved 98% employee retention after deploying a vaccination requirement. She also led change management across the Americas during a complex business line carve-out, increasing employee engagement +1.5x and maintaining a union-free environment. Earlier, as the Asia-Pacific HR Director, Tracy provided strategic counsel to unite three different media teams under a single structure that delivered on-target revenue and +23% EBITDA. Throughout her career, she has led HR due diligence and successful integration or separation for multiple acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures. Tracy is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
